The Food For Us project recently featured in an article written by Aditi Sahay for Transformation for Sustainability, a network that, “aims to create a ‘Transformations Knowledge Base’ around social transformation that can inform the development of solutions to sustainability challenges for the long term,”.
Aditi describes in her article (Understanding the effect of social systems on food loss and wastage) how the Food For Us project tries to influence social systems to reduce food loss and food waste within the South African context.
